This Terra Linda ranch house suffered a fire which destroyed the kitchen and burned a hole through the roof. Smoke damage was sustained throughout the house, as well as subsequent water and structural damage caused by fighting the fire.

Distinctive Builders performed all repairs including reframing, re-roofing, complete kitchen replacement, odor-proofing, and refinishing of most wall and floor areas.
