About the Construction Process…

Construction is not a painless process, but we believe in taking every effort to ensure you’ll be completely included and comfortable throughout the building process—you’ll have abundant and unhurried personal assistance in gathering information to make informed decisions, timely notification of schedule deadlines, proven alternatives to create and enhance budget flexibility, clear explanations of processes and technical information and, always, encouragement to express your pleasures and concerns. We believe and pride ourselves in no-nonsense, no-surprises communication—
before, during and after completion. We make the time to provide ongoing, clear communication and respectfully answer all of your questions.

Each job contains variables that affect the process—factors such as whether or not the premises are occupied, comprehensiveness of design/architectural plans, whether materials will be reused and availability of specialty materials or specified items, degree client desires to be involved in day-to-day operations, seasonal weather conditions, etc. Prior to developing a schedule, we’ll discuss the variables that can effect the process and form a unified, agreeable plan-of-action.

Throughout construction, regular status meetings update clients on progress, as well as upcoming decision-points, and keep all key personnel apprised of changes.
